Worship and Vision
Our School value ‘Growing Together’
‘Growing Together’ is our school motto; it reminds us that we must all work together to GROW into the very best versions of ourselves.
Our vision
We believe that there is no ceiling to what a child can achieve. All children deserve the opportunity to GROW into the very best version of themselves and our ambition is to support all children in our school to achieve this.
Our vision is underpinned by the Parable of the Mustard Seed.
“The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which is the smallest of all seeds on earth. Yet when planted, it grows and becomes the largest of all garden plants, with such big branches that the birds can perch in its shade. Matthew 13: 31-32
In the Bible, the Mustard Seed is often seen as a symbol of faith. The Parable teaches us to have faith in Jesus, faith in ourselves as individuals and faith along our learning journey.
Trinity All Saints children understand that the Parable teaches us:
‘We can all GROW to be GREAT in God’s love’
When children start our school, they are like the tiny mustard seed and as they move along their learning journey, we work hard to provide them with every opportunity to flourish and grow into the very best versions of themselves ready for the next stage of their learning journey.
Spiritual development
Spiritual development is a process of growth. God comes to meet us through people, places and events, and it is the individual’s response to these encounters with God that shape and determine our spiritual nature. An important part of this development is becoming aware of and reflecting on experiences, and interpreting them in a way that allows self- knowledge, personal views and insights to grow, and applying past experiences to life. This whole area of community and the fostering of good relationships are vital for understanding spirituality in a school.

Collective Worship at Trinity All Saints
At Trinity All Saints Primary School, our daily act of worship is the heartbeat of our school day. It provides a dedicated space for our community to gather, reflect, and grow together in a spirit of togetherness and peace.
Our Inclusive Approach
We take great pride in ensuring our worship is both inclusive and invitational. While rooted Christianity as a church school, we warmly welcome children and families of all faiths and those of no faith. Worship is designed to be a time where everyone feels respected and valued, allowing each individual the liberty to engage at their own level and in their own way.
What We Explore
Our worship follows a rich and varied calendar, ensuring that every session is engaging and relevant to our pupils' lives. Themes are carefully considered and reactional to emerging needs in the school. They include, but are not limited to:
- The ‘Six Seeds’: Our core Christian values that provide the foundation for our character and conduct.
- British Values: Exploring democracy, the rule of law, individual liberty, and mutual respect.
- Protected Characteristics: Celebrating diversity and fostering an environment where every person is treated with dignity.
- Safety and Respect: Practical reflections on keeping ourselves and others safe, while consistently modelling kindness.
Through stories, music, silence, and prayer, we encourage our pupils to look beyond themselves, develop their moral compass, and build a community defined by respect and belonging.
Our Collective Worship leader is Mr Morris.
